Workshop Foreman
Mon-Fri | 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
We’re looking for a Foreman who can bring out the best in the team while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. This is a hands-on leadership position, where you’ll combine your technical expertise with responsibility for guiding, motivating and managing the workshop team. You’ll work alongside the technicians when required, while making sure work is organised effectively, standards are maintained, and the team has the support and direction needed to perform at its best.
Estimator
Mon-Fri | 45 Hours per Week
We’re looking for a Repair & Refurbishment Estimator who will be responsible for assessing vehicles, identifying repair and refurbishment requirements, and producing accurate, competitive estimates for the work required. This is a hands-on and varied role, working with a range of specialist refuse collection vehicles and associated equipment. You’ll need to understand vehicle damage and mechanical requirements, identify the parts and labour needed, and turn this into clear and accurate quotations.
PDI Technician
We’re looking for a PDI Technician to join our friendly and experienced team in Dursley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical background who wants to develop their skills, work with specialist vehicles, and build a long-term career with a growing business. You don’t need experience with refuse vehicles – if you have the right technical experience or qualifications, and a great attitude, we’ll help you develop your knowledge.
Vehicle Prepper
Mon-Fri | 45 Hours per Week
We’re looking for a Vehicle Prepper to work alongside our Paint Technicians, based at our Berkeley site in Gloucestershire. You’ll help prepare vehicles and components to a high standard, ready for painting and refinishing. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a practical, hands-on environment. Experience with refuse vehicles isn’t essential, as long as you have transferable skills from a similar environment.
Vehicle Painter
Mon-Fri | 45 Hours per Week
We’re looking for a Vehicle Painter to join our Paint Technicians based at our Berkeley site in Gloucestershire. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality paint finishes across our range of refuse collection vehicles and associated equipment. Previous professional vehicle painting experience is essential for this role.
